I have a heart rhythm problem, left branch block, weak heart muscle 40% high blood presure.

I tried to address your 40% question on your earlier post, please look there in case it is of any value.  It appears here you are saying you also have high blood pressure, seems like an unusual combination, but I have not direct experience or knowledge.  

I assume you have been checked by a doctor, even had some heart tests, i.e., the 40% EF is a measure that could be made using an echocardiogarm, a tool used by cardiologist.

You will have to tell us more about the nature of the rhythm problem and what, it anything is being prescribed by your doctor.
