You could be feeling pvcs in your throat. As for the pain, yes it can radiate from your bottom to head or chest to foot etc... it's amazing how the pain can travel. Could just be gas (sorry). To find out if you are having pvcs you could wear an event moniter and that would tell your doctors exactly what is going on. Sounds like your best bet.
When I felt my BP in my throat my BP was elevated. Is your BP o.k.? Even children and Teenagers can have high BP.
Hi,
At what age did your family members with a history of heart problems begin? If they had them in their 50's and you are 16, it's not likely that you would be subject to a genetic predisposition yet.
You'd be surprised what happens in your body in one place that is felt as something occurring somewhere else. I have had tests done over the years for my stomach, well, actually intestines. During the test, they inject a little air for better contrast. I had very bad pains way up in my chest, something that would have scared me if I didn't know what was going on. Also, I had an Uncle that had very bad chest pains and phoned for an ambulance. It was later found to be caused by his stomach.
How are you sure the pains are from your heart? Do the pains get worse if you exert yourself, like walking up steps?
The heart beat in the throat issue is something that I am not familiar with. I can, though, feel my hear beating, even when I am not having problems with extra beats. What part of your throat do you feel the beating in, in your neck, or more towards your heart?
Be well.
