help me

so i started experiencing pvcs and having high blood pressure back in june or july and the high blood pressure went away when taking metoprolol and it didnt help with the pvcs.  i know they are harmless but i wore a 30 day monitor and it showed i had frequent and bigeminal pvcs and grant it, i have them from morning till night without ever stopping.  My doctor put me on sotalol hcl 80mg and is planning on taking me off in three months and see if it gets better.  well i have an innocent heart murmur and he said not to worry but he mentioned something about mvp, and said oh well it might be because something about mvp  so im confused.  my friend is a nurse and said his boss said maybe my murmur is cause by a new case of mvp.  oh and my paperwork showed that there were times my heart rate got up to 158bpm.  i went to school to be an ekg tech but it didnt go into detail over what would happen when you have these rhythms.  please if someone knows anything please right me back.  thanks

yes i had an echo done, but it seems like he doesnt tell me everything or explain things until i see him the next time he brings up something else. and leaves me wondering why he doesnt just tell me everything all at once or maybe he is just grasping at straws.  he did an echo that showed i had an innocent heart murmur and then two months later he mentions that maybe its due to mvp  do idk anymore,  thank you for writing me back.

Did the doctor do an echocardiogram of your heart?  That would have shown MVP..  MVP is usually harmless, many people have it but it can cause palpitations.  I would contact my doctor if I were you and make an appt to go in and talk to him.  Write down all your questions and concerns and make him explain it to you until you understand what is going on.  Good luck.
