help with ecg reading

Hi!

A week ago, i felt a very painful stabbing chest pain which lasted for more than 5 minutes and it occured while i was about to sleep at night. After which i felt so tired and could hardly move my body til 2 days after. So i went to the OPD and the IM doctor asked meo have chest xray and ecg. My xray and ecg read normal. My ecg readings are as follow:
H.R.=93/min (0.641sec)
PR= 0.122sec
QRS=0.092 sec
axis=82deg
QT/QTc=0.326sec/0.404
RV5=1.57mV
SV1=1.48mV

when my doctor saw this he marked something on v2 v3 and v4. But he said it was normal but just to take precautionary measures he prescribed me with vestar 35mg and asked be back with another ecg after a week to see if there were changes. I will have to do it tomorrow. If it says normal why does he need to prescribe me with medicines which i have to take twice a day for two weeks and have another ecg? Thanks! Any comments will give me lights.

sometimes u can have palpatations and that can be normal for you and maybe he wants to see if the medicine can help u but if he said it was normal i would not worry...i have plenty of things going on with my heart and they say its normal so i wouldnt worry,your heart is your strongest organ and it can take a lot so dont u worry about it...maybe you should see a pcp and get a electolyte workup and vitamin d check
