just had a holter fitted for 24 hours- but have to wiat 3 weeks for reply !. Wondered if anyone can help me understand the follwing .... Im fit and healthy- age 50, hieght 177cm, weight 86kilos. active sports player - just had the check as recently at work had some heart "flutters" - which i think may just be anxiety at work ...

I'm sorry - a doctor must interpret your Holter test and also see the EKG strips that show your arrhythmias.
There are a couple of possibly concerning findings here - you have complex ventricular ectopic activity (pairs and runs of PVCs). You also have several pauses in your heart rhythm. If they are just little above 2,5 seconds and happened at night, they are probably not a reason for concern - but no one can tell based on this summary.
I think your results warrant some cardiac testing, at least a stress test and an ultrasound of the heart.
Don't misunderstand - it's possible that your arrhythmias are benign and nothing to worry about, but a doctor must evaluate this, and the evaluation is based on what the actual EKG tells him, not just the summary.
