While many of us, me included, have been down the monitor "road", we are not doctors or cardio technicians (exceptions noted).  So the best course of action for you is to ask you doctor.  Best I can recall from my long term monitor was I have atrial fibrillation, permanent, as was easy to see on an EKG or even hear to the trained ear.  I never saw the report, but assume the other events were inconsequential   I suspect much of yours are the same.

The first three look fine to me, here I assume you did some heavy physical activity to get to the 176, if not, then that number is rather high.  In fact, it is good you are 20 years old, 176 could be dangerous for someone over 50 years old... a long way in the future for you.

Hope you get more help from others.

Thanks you very much,
but I don't have any symtoms (symptoms) that day and I don't feel anything at all.
I cannot catched the EKG,
so I still don't know what is the problems with my heart.

The symptoms is getting worse, but the Doctor still said that it's okay.

Thank you very much again,

The Holter reveals no SVT and looks completely normal. The monitor mention nothing about ventricular ectopics so I assume you don't have them. I'm not a physician but this looks completely normal (as far as the report is described). PACs are normal. Everyone have them.
