90% of the time a ST-T abnormality is either EKG lead placement errors, movement or vibration during the EKG, or artifacts traced by the EKG.
Hi,
Your question is a bit strange. There is no need to treat ST-T wave abnormalities, they are a print on paper and can have several reasons, most of the time they don't have any reason at all (can occur with for instance hyperventilation). However, they can be a sign of cardiac ischemia (angina, etc). This should be treated.
You need to find out if there is a pathological reason for your ST-T wave abnormalities, and if there is, what is it? Then it's more easy to ask your doctor how to treat it.
