Hi,
I feel very dizzy and my B.P is 90/60.  What is hypotension and its risk factors?

What are the conditions that make you dizzy, or is it all the time?  If the latter is the case I think you need medical attention.  Unfortunately to my knowledge there are no drugs that raise the BP, as there is to lower BP.

From the little I know, you BP is not necessarily a problem, except for the dizziness.  If the dizziness comes on only when you make a sudden change in activity level it may be sufficient to just take that into account when you have to get up for a seated position, say, and get up and stand still for a few seconds before moving on.  That will give the BP a little time to build up to the physical change.

hi, zaynie. First make sure you're not dehydrated. Another cause can be if you have some infection or allergy.

You can try drinking more water, drinking coffee for the BP raising effect of the caffeine, and even consuming more salt.

The possible problems, besides falling, have to do with organs not getting enough blood flow, which might cause damage over time.
