i have situs inverus or sumthin like that?

what do i do if i pass out again...like after, do i go see a doctor or sumthin, when im walking around out side i feel a little pain in my chest and after that i feel weak and then i fall over hitting the ground pretty hard but cant feel it?
And i have an abnormal heart beat...sometimes my heart will beat out of nowhere hard and wierd but it will sometimes tingle of just hurt real bad that it will make me curl up! sometimes it scares me but i can handle it, it makes me wonder if i might pass out and never wake! its ok im not scared.:)
