it is unfortunately for me a 100% guaranteed trigger for a horrible early morning SVT wake up call followed by a day at least of PVc's.
I have no problem with coffee just alcohol. If like me you still like a drink then experiment with types of alcohol and amounts that your body will tolerate. I can get away with a couple of lagers but need at least a couple of days between even this small amount before the next one.
Learning to identify your own triggers makes quality of life much better.
