inverted T waves on a electrocardiogram

This for my girlfreind who had an ekg done today because when she left my house she started or was having chestpain and it just got worst so she went to the Medical Clinic and had a ekg done she heard the doctor and nurse talking about all her T's being inverted and upside down please help me help her and explain what this means she is really scared and I'am scared for her  they also want her to do a stress test and I explained what I know about it

I can not interpret what you quote being said by the doctor/nurse, it appears not said directly to your friend.  This suggests that the situation is not critical/emergency or the doctor would have discussed needed actions with your friend.  

That said, my post will put your question back on the top of the list, were someone knowledgeable on EKC reading may respond.

All I know is that she heard them talking about all her T waves being inverted and now they want her to talk a stress test. We want to know what this is supposed to mean and what can be done. Also thank you so much for you answer we are not medical people so I told her I would go on line and look to see what I can find out for her thank you for taking the time to answer my question

A stress test is the first step in checking for blockage in the heart arteries ... may be used for other diagnosis.  

A stress test is a normal procedure and I had my first when when I asked, many years ago, for my best aerobic heart rate when jogging/running.  This led to a nuclear stress test and then suspicion that I may have a blockage, requiring a stent or bypass.  It turns out I didn't/don't, but that was determined by look using a catheterization process.  

Sorry about the ramble, but it may serve some purpose in conveying my ongoing feeling that the T wave issue isn't viewed an immediate danger, just suggests more diagnosis.
