Hi,
I'm 42 years old femaleCondoms Female condoms Female sexual dysfunction 5' 8" and weigh 200 lbs. I went to the er r/t palpitationsHeart palpitations and my B/P was 164/115. My ecgEcg Electrocardiogram (ecg) Exercise stress test Post myocardial infarction ecg wave tracings resulted with inverted T waves and PVC's. My blood test(hbg, wbcWbc count, tshPituitary and tsh Tsh,troponin) were all negative,I have had heart burnAirway burn Burn, blister - close-up Burn, thermal - close-up Burns Burns - resources Eye burning - itching and discharge First degree burn Heartburn Heartburn prevention Minor burn - first aid - series Painful swallowing for three months strait with no relief. My mom had a heart attack at 42 my dad had a stroke at 48 and tripple by pass years later. I know the family hx is not on my side, and either is my own wt. and b/p and also being female related to heart disease being the number killer in women. They did put me on metoprolol 50mg bid, this was fine during the day but at noc would make me s.o.b, I went back in for further testing and they changed my med to toprol xl 50mg qd. This caused more palpitations when the dose went lower. Since then I am use to the toprolol xl and still take it along with an asa and pepcid ac. I thought the palpitations were getting better and they just did a holter 24 hours which did show inverted T waves and pvc's, my next step is a stress echo and then they will go from there. I also did an ac1= 91 and cholesterol was good except my LDL was 140. It was 110 five years ago. I would like to know, could I still end up with nothing wrong or do I need to be worried? The Dr.'s I have worked with have given me a guess one said lateral ischemia and the other one thinks myocarditis. If the stress test is negative they want me to do a cardio MRI, what else couldl they be looking for? Thank you for you time and sorry for the typing errors.
