is it safe to have sex if one is patient of arrhythmia?
what is arrhythmia occurs during or right after ejaculation?

depends on what's wrong with the individual and what type of arrythmia it is

it is tachycardia .. heart beart and blood pressure rises upon exertion

HR and BP rise upon exertion is a normal daily thing - fluctuations in HR and BP happen as a normal part of daily activities.  If it didn't - you would walk around with say a HR of 60; and you would feel very tired because the heart is not compensating for activity.

Tachycardia (100+) could be a problem if it persists - you need to talk in length with a dr if this is happening and find the cause and a treatment.  Speak frankly with a dr and find out what's wrong and what's happening - drs are used to talking about stuff like this and when I was put on a no activity of any kind for a bit, they did mention sex on that list.

I had over 54,000 pvc's  that caused cardiomyopathy and NCS/OI; VTach and they put me on a "no activity" order until I had an EP study & ablation to find the cause.

If your high bloodpressure and high heartrate is untreated,
i would be careful because sex, even masturbation, is quite demanding.

it's ok folks.. i just had a sex and nothing went wrong .. lol
i was just having one of those anxiety attacks again.. eh
