is this angina pain

can you pls answer me this:

on a recent argument with my son i felt a shooting pain in my far left breast
going into the same spot on my back (far left) was  that angina pain?

i must say that i exercise often, carry heavy things all time walk quite a bit
and don't have 'risk factors' for angina. also i was tested last year
and had a clear echo and stress test 2 yrs back.

still wondering could it be angina or maybe just nerve pains.

my bp is usually 10/5 and resting heart rate 68-72.

tks.

tks so much for yr reply.
the pain was very brief maybe 6 secs and i didn't have any other
symptoms. it was just like stabbing pain that i felt. and i didn't have an
ill feeling or something like that.

i did that a very stressful day yesterday so maybe it was just
stress pain. do y know if angina can be felt on the left breast area
as well as in the middle?

How are you doing now?  If the pain has passed, and given you history good results on heart checks, I'd guess your pain was stress driven.  If the pain is still there but you have not other signs of a heart attack, try to relax, use whatever works for you to relax.

If the pain persists and you have other symptoms, dizzy, sweating, shortness of breath, numbness on any limbs... this is not a complete list, I'd recommend going to an emergency room for immediate check by a doctor.
