My normal blood presurre is 88/50. Is this to low.  I am43  old women never smoked don't drink.  I am just had a heart monitor  put on because of my papatations.  This is proablly because of a low ths level.  I sometimes feel a flutter sensation. The other day i felt awful and took my blood presuree and it was 75/40.  I get a sore feeling feeling on the upper right of mychest.
I have had low blood pressure all my life and when I was younger I would even pass out it I got up to quickly and doctor then told me I needed to learn to more slower.  At what point do I become cocerned.

Lots of people have low blood pressure like yours.  It does not by itself mean that something is wrong.  If fact, data shows that the lower your blood pressure, the lower your risk of cardiovascular events. You just have to remember to stand up slowly.

"I am just had a heart monitor  put on because of my papatations.  This is proablly because of a low ths level."

There is not data to suggest a relationship between palpitations and low blood pressure.  This is probably true -true - unrelated.   true -- low blood pressure, true-- palpitations, the two are however unrelated.

hope this helps.
