I don't measure my BP after exercise, never have - the truth is I don't really exercise any more :(

To your question, when I was in cardiac rehabilitation under hospital supervision following heart surgery I recall my BP was low at the end of the exercise program. Sometimes it was so low the nurse had me "stay after school" for a few minutes before releasing my to go home.  My cardiologist wasn't concerned.  I was at the time under a heavy dose of beta blocker, which lowered my BP in general.   But, yes, lower after exercise.

HI,
I get that sometimes too.  I'm 50, not overweight.  My blood pressure during the day runs around 105/70.  After I run 3 miles and cool down sometimes my blood pressure is 98/76 or lower.  Freaks me out.  I feel fine, but I was told that if your blood pressure doesn't go up during exercise that it is a sign of heart disease.  I get stress tests every year and they are normal.  (blood pressure goes up like it should)
