How High should pulse rate be after bypass surgery 8 months ago and at what level is it too high and I need to go to emergency?

I deleted your duplicate post.  I did not have any responses.

I don't see any direct relationship between bypass surgery and heart rate.  That said, a resting HR of 100 or more is considered tachycardia and should be checked.  If under 150 I'd say it isn't an emergency but if as high as 130 I'd make every effort to see at least my primary care doctor in 10 days or less.
