medication
Once in awhile I get atrial. Sometime I may get it every day  and then I may not get it for a few weeks.  It lasts for a few minutes to about 15 min.

The heart doctor gave me Flecainide  twice a day and lanoxin twice a day.

Does that treatment seem a little much

Do you mean to say "atrial fibrillation" or "flutter"?

Flecainide is a rather strong anti-arrhythmic in my mind.  From my experience a doctor would try a beta blocker first, such as metoprolol and then go to a lower powered anti-arrhythmic such as Propafenone.  That's my experience.

Do your medications work and without troubling side-effects?  If yes, then the treatment seems to me to be about right for you.
