Indeed, to all of you - with my thanks for helping me through this really difficult period, your kindness, caring and compassion has gotten me through more than I can describe - I wish you all a joyous Chrismas and a healthy, happy and fruitful new year.  At least since I'll still be in hospital over Xmas, being a Jew comes in handy, I won't be missing what the other people here are going to be missing.  I will miss my family, but every day that passes and they are still with me is like Christmas to me.
Have a wonderful time and thank you all so much.
