I don't agree with the psychologist he's saying that all Stu's dizzy spells are related to TIA's that would be everything from his orginal brady to now. Stu was struggling to get out of bed and function in the world that is why he went but has been alot better since then.
LOL
Hey Donna, long time no speak, you too Irene. I agree with Irene about being unsure which of the two is worse, but if it is TIA and he starts on coumadin, it would resolve the clots, and he'd start feeling better pretty quickly. These heart things are so tricky to treat as is evident when you read the marathon "Sunshine" thread, so much frustration, fear and anger. Either way, I hope the neurologist Stu goes to is able to help him and hopefully get to the root of the problem so that there can be a PLAN. Having a plan is a major motivator I've discovered.
Best wishes to you and we'll "talk' again soon.
It's good to hear from you. Sorry about the new set back. I suppose if the TIA is situated in the proper part of the brain that controls emotions, then yes, it could affect his feelings. I don't know if this is good news or bad. Plain depression is difficult enough to handle. My husband has fought it all his life. If it's tiny blood clots, there are meds to control those. But blood clots are scary too. Hope you get answers soon.
