If you want to investigate further a tilt table test might be something to think about.

Can you take hot showers or do you faint?

A HR of 108 for working at a "desk" is on the high end of normal, but that depends to on how much emotional strain goes along with the work.

A resting HR between 60 and 100 is considered normal.

I don't know what you mean by "recasting heart rate", but if that is when you are at rest a HR of 7 6-82 is fine.

Age plays a role too with seniors having resting HR at the upper end of the range.
