not sure what is going on with my heart

Over the last week, my chest feels like it is on an adrenaline rush.  Remember the feeling when you were a kid in your chest on Christmas morning?  Or may be the feeling in your chest after someone has just scared you.  I have that all the time except when sleeping.  It feels like my heart is about to burst out of my chest.  I can't feel my heart beating any differently, just that "chest bursting" feeling.  Should I be concerned?

No idea what that could be, but if you have a concern it doesn't hurt to see your doctor about it.

Do you think it could be some kind of Adrenaline rush possibly?  When you described those feelings we would get as kids on Christmas morning or when we get scared, it kind of sounds like an adrenaline rush - possibly.
