numbness in my arm and hand with chest pains

once in a while i have numbness in my left arm and hand, and like and lite pain or pressure in (on ) my chest, kind of hard 2 describe. i am over weight haveing a hard time tryim to loose the weight,have stress at work and i do take depression  and have been dignosed with bypoler???

Hi Lindy,
It is kind of hard to know what is causing pain like that with out  more information.  If pain increases with exertion that might suggest a cardiac origin, but you should talk to your doctor about it to try and determine the cause.  I would need more information to say much more.
