Hi Maria,

I have regular echo to monitor mitral regurgitation.  Sometimes, the echo report shows aortic and/or tricuspid regurgitation.  The mitral valve is the only valve which has a significant leak.  The others show up on some tests, but not on others.

I don't think the arrythmia "causes" the regurgitation.  But, I think that chronic pvcs make the heart work harder and that in turn, may affect the valves.  Another great question!
