pacemaker

I have a pacer for 1st degree heart block and have had it adjusted yesterda because it wasnt tracking and I am still feeling bad

also one other thing that had said at first was it was congenital v block...

Thank you for your reply I appreciate your input. They said that the reason for the pacer is because my heart beats too slow on its own and the block is very long

You should return to your pacemaker clinic and have the setting to reviewed again.  There might be adjustments in AV delay to be made to avoid excessive/unnecessary pacing, if that is indeed the issue. Alternatively the tracking is still abnormal and you are skipping beats for some reason.  Also, "first degree heart block" is not an indication for a pacemaker; there must have been another reason for the implantation.  Good Luck!
