palpatations

About two weeks ago I went on cleanse diet. I ate nothing but nuts and fruits and veggies. I experienced a moment about 3 or 4 days into the cleanse where I experienced a lifting sensation and euphoria. I felt like I was high for about 30 seconds. A week later I was taking a nap. All the sudden I felt like I was passing out?! It woke me up. Today I was typing on the computer, I felt my heart weakly pumping really fast? Beating over and over instead the whole bu--bump pause bu-bump... It was more like bu bu bu bu bu bu bu bu bu.  While it was happening I got all light headed and felt wierd like if it continued I would pass out.

Guess I should talk to a doctor? But I dont have health insurance....

the thing I am wondering is why did you do it? Your body needs a balanced diet to deliver all the essentila nutrients it needs to function normally and nuts fruits and veggies will not do that for a sustained time.
Before you did this did you have a more regular food intake and did you have any syptoms (symptoms)? important this!
Lots of us here are trying to find 'triggers' that we think might be causing our symptoms but iF I did what you did i would not be surprised ay my bodies reactions.
