palpitations & fish oil omega3

by heather_dench, Oct 13, 2008 04:14AM
Hi everyone:)

I posted a qes a few weeks ago about fish oil and palpitations!
Well iv been trying out these fishoil(omega3) jel tabs since my last post:) and found that they seem to be working and also have been coming off my BB for the last 3 weeks,i was on 90mg 3 weeks ago and cut down to 75mg and now on 47.75mg for the next 2 weeks! since taking fishoil 1000mg twice a day iv noticed a huge differance in palpitions! I still do have one or 2 a day, Butt not as many as i use to get..I must admit i do feel alot better within myself taking omega3 and coming off these meds that do not seem to work for me,im now feeling less tired and more alert,BB really do make you feel worn out and not wanting to do much!
I did end up finally asking my doc about coming off these BB and all ha said was, that if they are not working for you then just come  off them, soooo thats what iv been doing,I still havent heard when im able to see a cardio, these things take time over here in NZ hahaha Lets hope these fishoil tabs keep doing there job till then:):):):):):)
Take care

Congrats for you!  I thought the fish oil was what was responsible for my good fortune the last few months.  Unfortunately, they are back with a vengeance and I'm ON the fish oil.  I don't get it.  I thought I had something there.
