palpitations associated with nausea

Im very concious of my heartbeat, I get palpitations most of the day and night. I feel slight pressure between my two floating ribs or on top of my stomach fo a long periods at a time and I seem to get nauseas alot especially when in moving vehicle. I get hunger pangs most times even though I know Im not hungry.  Sometimes I get this pressure in my head it feels like my ears goes deaf but it lasts for a few seconds. Once in this week while I was reading something it seemed like my vision was shaky for a few seconds.  At the moment I am also experiencing a cream discharge from my left breast but no discomfort. The only medication Im on at the moment is Lorienne.  should I be concerned.

Your digestive problems could be related to a stomach bug called h.pylori which lives happily in your gut and causes all sorts of problems. I would ask your doctor to test you for it. I have similar problems with hunger and i have tested positive for the bug.

I am not sure how to tie those symptoms to palpitations.
Probably best to talk with your primary care doctor.
