palpitations

I usually have heart palpitations and loss of appetite what could be the problem?

Not enough information for any serious guess, but here's a possibility: stress and/or anxiety. That is one's emotional state can affect heart rhythm.

I do not know of any relationship between palpitations and loss of appetite, except possibly as guessed above.
