pausing

I'm 32 years old and I went through stress test and holter monitor cause of my heart pauses and it scares me. The doctor says it's fine, and not to worry I have a healthy heart. I have a heart rate of 120's when I'm wallking really fast at my job, I'm a C.N.A.Is it do to my anxiety, or do I really have something wrong? Is it high blood pressure cause my blood pressure is okay. Please help

I understand jks319.  I know the scarry feeling.  You have done the right thing to see your doctor regarding this issue.  Now, if you are satisfied with your doctor, you will need to remember what your doctor has told you ~ that it is fine and not to worry, that you have a healthy heart  :  )  thank God for that.  If you are not satisfied with this doctor you have the right to seek anothers opinion.  

It would seem that now, the thing left to do, is to find positive ways that will work for you to reduce the anxiety you are experiencing over this.  I found that allowing worrisome thoughts to infiltrate my head eventually made things worse.  So, when I find myself doing that, I have to make a concious effort to pronounce positive thoughts in its place.  Yep....I have to do it often; but, when I absoulutely stick with it, and don't back down, then it gets better and better.

It is also very helpful to know that you are not alone jks319.  You will find so many people here that are going through the same fears and experiences you may be facing, some worse and some better; nonetheless, we are still here to tell our story and encourage one another and that has been helpful.

Try not to allow negative thoughts about health issues, etc. to take over and put a damper on your quality of day to day living.  Those thoughts can turn into monsters; but, don't let them.  Remember, you are in control of your life; regardiless of how you feel on any given day.
