pediatric

My daughter is 3 years old and has skipped heart beats all day long, at a rate of 60-110bpm.  She does not have symptoms that she can tel be about, I just noticed it while I was sleeping with her one day, and I am a nurse.  Her pedicatrician did an EKG which showed the the skipped beats with no p-QRS waves every 2-5 beats, as well as very large QRS in V5-6 (ventricular hypertrophy).  so she had a echo which apparently showed normal heart structures.  
I'm afraid the the arrhythmia may affect her future health, if not already.  
any ideas what this is, what my be causeing this, and any treatment?

Gosh, I hope your little girl will be fine and it certainly helps her having a mom who is a nurse. You could probably teach us a thing or two!! :)  You have asked some good questions and I hope that you got answers from her pediatrician too. They are the experts and can and should help you first and foremost! If you are not satisfied w/the care she is getting, then I would get a second opinion for sure.
