Yep that reading if accurate certainly needs checking out and that heart rate and sick feelings could well be the result of an infection. Your body is certainly telling you that it needs some attention so be nice to it and let us know how you get on .

Your systolic blood pressure (16) is pretty high. Actually, according to the American Heart Assoc. it is considered stage 2 hypertension. All the symptoms that you mention are very likely related to hypertension. You need to call your Dr about this. If your symptoms persist, you really should go to the ER. Are you currently taking meds for blood pressure?
American Heart Association recommended blood pressure levels:
Blood Pressure Category
Normal less than 120 and less than 80
Prehypertension (Systolic 120–139 or Diastolic 80–89)
High:
Stage 1 (Systolic 140–159 or Diastolic 90–99 )
Stage 2 (Systolic 160 or higher or Diastolic 100 or higher)
