I can be laughing my butt off then next thing I no I suddenly stop because all of a sudden I get extremely lightheaded I don't know of any other symptoms though that ive been getting but that pretty much sums it all up i do get fatigued feeling a lot like be tired after a full night sleep but i do still have enough energy to where i go walking a lot and for a while there i was even jogging a lot . my heart rate seems good does anyone know what this might be please help a little freaked
It sounds like you have run of the mill ectopic activity, the odd twitchy feeling. This is fairly benign in a healthy heart. This said, I am not a doctor so I think it best, if you haven't been to one to be evaluated, it is best you go and have your heart looked at. You likely don't have anything to worry about but a doctor really needs to sign off on that. So just go and tell them what you are feeling and they will take a look at your heart. Take care and try not to stress. The stress will actually make things worse.
