Hi--There is a good explanation about hormones and irregular heart beats at
http://my.clevealndclinic.org/heart/women/conditions_arrhthmia.aspx
(Go all the way down toward the end.)

From what my doctor told me, hormone levels can fluctuate a lot during perimenopause. So when they check them and they say they're "normal," that can mean they are normal at the time of testing. Three days later, they may not be--especially, she says, in women who have had wide fluctuations in their hormones levels over many years and a history of PMS, etc. (all of which, BTW, apply to me.)

Did they do a nuclear stress test and echocardiogram to make sure everything is structurally sound with your heart? If not, you may want to ask.

When my regular/standard stress test came back positive, my pcp told me the false positive rate is pretty high in women with hormone fluctations/perimenopausal. So she ordered a nuclear stress test.  Good luck!

Let me offer one small input from a guy, so my experience with menopause is only through others (my wife).  I believe you are at an age where those changed could be contributing to hot flashes and sweating.
I have not read anything about these symptoms and pvc - but I do know sweating can be caused by poor circulation (heart problems - even a heart attack, please I am not suggesting you had a heart attack, just making the point for my suggestion on menopause).
