From what you say all I can comment on is a HR of 72 during "regularRegular insulin activity" is rather normal if that is sitting, and rather low if that is walking around or more.
What change in pulse rhythm are you talking about? Are you asking about heart rate, or about how regular the rate is at any given physical level?
