pvc's with sharp pain

Hi..i have had pvc's for a while now..over the last few days i get these sudden stabs of sharp pain in my chest when the pvc hits ( i think)..ive been checked out a few months ago and all clear, but these sharp jabs are really hurting..when i exercise i also get a similar pain in the top part of my heart..very sharp but constant instead of shooting...i don't get short of breath or anything but its really freaky and it sends like a jolt of electricity through my chest aswell..do any of you fellow pvcers get these feelings??

I have experienced something similar to that when I cough.  I get a PVC with a "shock" feeling.  I have been checked out as well and my heart is fine.  I am not exactly sure why it is happening either.

Also, I know it is said in almost every thread but stress could be a factor.  When I am very stressed out, my chest gets very tight and hurts.
