I have had pvcs for 5 to 6 years my doctor told me they were not dangerous unless there is blockage is this true?

you seem to be pretty knowledgeable, i am new to this whole thing with PVC's had them for about a year, but are they still considered benign if u have been diagnosed with RBBB and MVP? and is there any things i should change in my life because i have these issues? such as drinking alcohol or doing exercise or travelling to places of high altitude?

With a structurally normal heart, pvcs are considered benign.
