An HR of 102 after walking is not abnormal and is not indicative of a "heart condition".  With all of your tests being normal, sounds like your heart is in great shape.  If you develop new or changing symptoms, or continue to be concerned, give your doctor's office a call and ask about scheduling an appointment.

Are you symptomatic to the point that you feel repeating the tests is necessary?

Yes this is normal. Tachycarida is anything above 100, but at rest. You were exercising, very normal. When I used to walk more my rate would be way higer than that.

thank you guys for the assuance.

How often should we get our heart checked? without any symtom.  we do our annual check ups, but why no heart check up every year?

thank so much

Depending on your age, you may want to have an annual physical.  Other than that, if you are not feeling well, you can always see your family doctor between visits.
