random heart pain

This past Thursday, out of the blue I felt a sharp pain in my chest near my heart and left arm where then I felt lightheaded, dizzy, then my vision went blurry and I started hearing a buzz in my ears. I then laid down and waited for it to pass. The pain has been one and off, but I haven't really seriously considered going to see a doctor bc I just figured I pulled something. Last night I couldn't feel anything, but today I feels kind of swollen and sore. I'm 23, hispanic, male, not a lot of stress, but lately there have been more diagnoses of diabetes in my family. Any ideas of what may be causing this or changes of diet or supplements I could take to maybe help in this. I'm taking Bayer aspirin.
