What is the difference between the heart rate  and pulse rate. and What is the ratio of heart rate and pulse rate

You are on to some terminology items that are in my mind the same.

I'd consider HR=PR.   They both are the number of ventricle pulses per minute.  In the case of atrail fibrillation the the rate that the left atrial in fibrillation is much higher, but one doesn't (normally) feel that pulse when the HR or PR is taken.

Perhaps there is some refined difference in usage of HR and PR, but I do not know of any.
