I have been suffering from migraines numbness chest pain dizziness blind spots retinal tears and more for months. Shortness of breath was a main one.
That would usually cause massive symptoms. Pluss, it's unheard of at age 24.
How do they no its not from a heart attack
5-10% of us are born with RBBB, complete or incomplete, or more correctly, almost all of us are born with RBBB but in most of us, it corrects during childhood.
RBBB will not cause any problems, it's purely an electrocardiographic finding with no practical consequence. If RBBB recently developed, and there is reason to believe some sort of cardiac event (like a heart attack) were to blame, it could be problematic, but even then, RBBB is just a symptom or a finding, it will not cause any problems itself.
