red spots

i have a lot of  small red dot about the size of a pin head with a white mark around them , they are on my arms legs back and body and they seem to come up on my veins , could you please put my mind at rest and tell me what they are they donot itch but keep coming up

Are you taking any new medications, or have you ingested anything new/unusual?  It could be an allergic reaction to some to intake.

I don't associate your condition with anything to do with Heart Rhythm issues, but I have read that some heart drugs can cause an allergic reaction and such a side effect needs to be immediately discussed with the doctor prescribing the medication.

Petechiae or allergic reaction perhaps? If you do a quick search, you will find images of petechiae. In any case, it might be best to contact your doctor.
