reversible aschaemia

hi friends,
I am 54of age was feeling heaviness in chest after walk . i undergone TMT test and  report says-- exercise for 6mins 50 seconds (stage III incomplete) on bruce protocol. resting heart rate 83beats/min BP 140/90.baseline ECG did not show any significant ST-T changes. He achieved max heartrateof150beat/min which was 88% of age predicted maximum heart rate.The BP response was normal.  he achieved a work load of 8.2 METS. Peak double product achieved was 25500 mmHg. The reason for termination of test was THR achieved . there was no angina Max ST-T changes occurred at peak exercise in the form of 1.0 to 1.5 mm horizontal /down sloping ST depression in leads V2-V5  no chest confort. treadmill test positive for reversible ischemia
doctor suggest for coronary angiography. Am I heart patient ?.
is it a necessary to go for angiography or  medication can help  pl. suggest

Yes, I would definitely go for angiogram if that is what your doctor suggests.  If you do have ischemia (narrowing of the arteries in your heart), you want to get that taken care of before it gets worse.  You don't want to have a heart attack.
