right bundle branch diagnosis

I am a 56 yr old male who has had a history of heart palpatations and arythmias over the past six years, along with other symptoms. I recently had my third stress test in 6 years, after blacking out while performing normal duties around my home. Also had an echocardiogram after this incident.
My Cardiologist interpreted the first two stress tests as right bundle branch blockage. His comment to me about the third test was "I will have to think about this one for a while". Interpretation from the echocardiogram was "mild aortic root dilation". No measurement was specified.
My question is: would it be possible for the stress test results to be misinterpreted. Everything I have read ( which is a lot ) suggests to me that I have literally all the symptoms of aortic valve regurgitation and or stenosis.
Also, I have been scheduled by my Doctor for a fourth stress test with imaging. Given the possibility of the aortic condition is this a wise idea, or should I be getting a CT or MRI imaging test done.
Please help, as my condition and symptoms seem to be getting worse on a daily basis, and my health care providers do not seem to be taking it seriously.

Hello...

I would imagine it is quite frustrating to feel like your Dr is not taking your situation too seriously. As far as the possibility that your Stress Test was misinterpreted...anything is possible but I can't with certainty confirm that this is what happend.

You mention that your symptoms are suggestive of Aortic Stenosis or Regurg...When you were examined by your Dr did he mention the presence of a murmur? If you had either of those occuring, a loud systolic murmur would be detectable through a stethascope.

During your Echo, the hearts chambers and valves were examined. Your results do not suggest a problem with any of the valves or chambers.

I think that the plan of a 4th Stress Test with imaging is a resonable next step. Keep us posted...and the Best of luck to you!
