If my heart rate is 100-110 bpm when i get up, or maybe even 90-110 is that ok to run on?

I too have high heart rate in the morning, sometimes I wake up with a 114.  I am being treated for a tachycardia. This is still after my beta blockers.  Have you talked to your doctor about this?  I don't know if your Blood Pressure is running high too... if it is you might need treatment. Some people are normal to run higher in pulse and Blood pressure in the morning.  Is this out of the norm for you?  Simply more information is needed to address your concern. Keep posting.
