rythem rate and other

I have a slow sinus arrythmic heart rate, 42 resting. I have also been told I have PVC, U waves, and mild MVP. I have also had spells of SVT  which I can resolve with valsalva. Most of them were caused by low K+ but the last one was while I had a MRI. Last Cardiologist says I have some hypokalemia issues pre-renal. I adjusted my diet. I have had dizzy spells, and a right eye blurr spot, slurred speech, and right hand droop for over 1 years (since a historectomy and bladder perf with repair) which neuro is saying is a-typical migraines. They put me on 50mg of Topamax QD. Kind of eases the symptoms.  MRI shows some demylenation which he seemed un-concerned about. I keep complaining of above symptoms and of oro-facial and arm numbness. I also have experienced episodes at night where I wake up feeling like I am gently hyperventilating. I also have this weird problem that every time I put my legs up while I am lying down or tuck them under me when I sit I almost pass out. My question is this. Does this sound like something I should revisit cardio and maybe get new neurologist for. I am a RN  I just feel like they are missing something.

If it were me, I would definitely get a second opinion, I agree, something just does not sound right. Get it all checked as soon as you  can. I am re-reading what you wrote, and I can assure you it is worth another set of opinions.
