sharp pains in my chest.both lefft and right side

what do sharp pains in my chest imply?..i am 19 years old.i usually get sharp or piercing  pains in my lower or upper part of my breasts.they usually last like for a second or minute. sometimes i get burning sensations in those particular parts of my chest..they are sometimes  accompanied with short breath...or at times sharp pains right through my back into the middle of my chest.as if in the lung region...what do these pains imply?is is a heart disease or defect?

At you young age heart problems are unlikely, but they can happen.
