sinus arrythmia

i have a sinus arrythmia but aftrer medical examination i found my 2-d echo report is normal and all other medical report is also normal i exersised every day i run every day and i am a atthlete for the last 10 years , i also have no symptoms so far i am 25 right now in age

Sinus arrhythmias are perfectly normal; when a person breathes in, the heart rate increases; when they breathe out, it decreases.....totally normal.

I don't quite understand the question.

Sinus arrhythmia is completely normal and is not really a proper arrhythmia, and you have no symptoms.
