sinus tacky, sinus brady and vtach

Hi, I'm 40 year old female, and have been having a racing heat, palpitations, fatigue and shortness of breath if I try doing anything more than walk. Can not walk up stairs with feeling like I might pass out. I have low blood pressure, orthostatic hypotension, never smoked, drank socially in my younger years but not recently. My job is active and I'm a little over weight. I've had a holter monitor 3 times now with no answers. Still waiting to have the last one read. But I was able to get the reports from all of them. Heres what the reports showed.
PVC, PAC, sinus rhythm, sinus arrhythmia, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, ventricular tachycardia, muscle tremoring, very short PR, junctional escape beats, intermittent accelerated junctional tachycardia. My heart rate ranged from 51-131. Anyone have any ideas what is going on here? It's driving me crazy!!

I've been to 2 different cardiologist for this since 2011. the first cardiologist said I drank to much caffeine. so I quit all caffeine and no change. still had all the same symptoms. second doc had nothing to say. and no one has read the last one. the monitors have all kind of shown the same results. I drink about 64 oz of water just while at work, and do a lot of walking. my job is active as well. I cant go faster without feeling like im going to pass out.
so far the cardiologist haven't helped me at all. I just feel im to young to be this tired all the time and that I should be able to do things without feeling like im going to black out.
if this last monitor ever gets read by a cardiologist I'll let you know what they say. its been almost 4 weeks since I sent it in.

What did the doctor say?  I would discuss with the doctor what it could all add up to.  Everyone on the would just be guessing.  Were all these symptoms found on all 3 holter results or were they mixed results from each?  I would first try and drink lots of water, try to exercise if you can to get your heart in better condition and talk with your doctor about possible causes.  Have you been to a cardiologist to discuss the results?  In an otherwise healthy heart most of it may not be a huge concern, even the vt if it isn't sustaining but do check with the doctor and see if you can pinpoint the cause for the variety of symptoms you are having.  There really are too many to make a guess at.  Could be a block, could be an issue with the sa node or it could be happening for no particular reason at all.  Best to see what a cardiologist has to say.  Best of luck.  Keep us posted how you are doing.
