skipped beats palpitations or twitching, cant tell

Hi all! This is a three part post.  Firstly I had my yearly check up with my heart doc and everything is in the all clear. He actually wants to reduce my meds but they are working so well I don't think I wanna.

Ok so on to my question. I was sitting in my car laying back and all of a sudden I feel a slight thud thud thud now by the time I reach for my pulse its done and my heart is beating normal but a little fast. (probably cause I was spooked by it)
After a few min I calm down and everything is back to normal. What confuses me is that right after that I had twitches in my other side of the chest, stomach, arm and such. I don't know what to think of it, I did not feel dizzy or faint, just the feeling in my chest.  What do you think? My imagination and nothing to worry about?

Second question is, can you have palpitations with a normal rhythm? Last night I was taking my pulse and I felt a beat..beat..beat..THUD..beat..beat..THUD..beat. ect. Thanks for taking the time to read my rantings

Well since I can't edit, I wanted to make sure u all knew this feeling I had was different than my Pvc feeling. When I have a PCC it feels like my heart bottoms out. And what's funny here is that while I type this my chest plate muscle starts to twitch with a slight similar feeling.

You can have a stronger beat while your heart is beating normally.  I twitch all over and even in my chest.  Sometimes I can't tell if I'm twitching, having muscle spasms, or if it's just a different arrythmia than my usual PAC's.  I do tend to panic when I feel it, especially if I'm alone.  I wish I had a better answer for you, but know that you're not alone.  Best to you!
